Sources, provenance, and editorial additions

The initial source is an undated MAR link matrix supplied for this project. It contains 20 records, identified as MAR-LINK-001 through MAR-LINK-020, and was imported on 5 November 2026. Each record carries the source status untested_hypothesis.

The original mechanism, downside, observable test, title, ID, and status are preserved. The source’s original publication date and independent review status are unknown. A record’s presence in this library is not a validation of its claim.

Plain-language summaries, categories, policy questions, safeguards, test designs, measurement cautions, and challenge conditions are editorial additions. They are proposed interpretations and research designs; they introduce no new empirical findings.

The broader policy platform is an independent proposal for institutional commitments. A policy preference, a technical standard, and a research finding are different kinds of statement and should be judged accordingly.

What the source says about combinations

The matrix provides pairwise entries: MAR combined with one other strategy. It does not establish the effect of combining several additional strategies. The lab can display multiple pairwise records together, but it does not infer their joint result.

The founding brief refers to additional node files and ten scenario packs that were not supplied. Those missing files are not represented as existing data. No numerical probabilities, calibrated forecasts, or country-specific outcomes are produced from the available material.

Policy background and source records

Dated public statements used for the policy-principles page are cited on that page. They support only the limited descriptions of those statements. They do not validate MAR, establish a public figure’s agreement with the platform, or supply the missing scenario evidence.
